Health-focused Strength Training

Strength training that focuses on strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles, especially around the spine and joints. The aim is to correct muscular imbalances, improve posture, and increase resilience in everyday life. This training is particularly helpful if you want to reduce or prevent back, shoulder, knee, or hip pain.


I deepened my expertise in this area during my time at Kieser Training, where I gained hands-on experience in applying evidence-based principles in a preventive and therapeutic context, especially with chronic conditions such as back pain or muscular weakness.


Before starting, we do a 30-minute assessment to discuss your current health, possible limitations, and personal goals. Based on this, I create a tailored training program.

Each session lasts 1 hour.
