I was born in Germany and grew up in Hungary. Due to my parents' work, I was exposed to different cultures from an early age – experiences that have shaped how I see people, movement, and personal development. I grew up multilingual and learned early on to adapt to different people and environments – a skill that benefits me greatly in my work as a trainer today.
I spent 19 years playing professional handball – a sport that challenged me physically and taught me a lot about discipline, structure, and resilience. I got into handball because my mother played as well. As a kid, I was always active and tried many sports, but handball quickly became my main focus and eventually my profession.
Alongside my athletic career, I began pursuing education in fitness and health. Topics like strength training, injury prevention, and functional movement became part of my everyday routine long before I turned them into a profession.
After a sports-related injury forced me to end my professional career, I shifted my focus entirely to coaching.
Today, I help people build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their body. I combine my experience as a professional athlete with expert knowledge and a training philosophy based on structure, trust, and long-term results.

I offer training in a professional gym environment with access to a wide range of equipment, providing an ideal setting for strength development, mobility work, and performance enhancement.
For maximum convenience, I also offer personal or corporate training sessions directly at your home or company premises, adapted to the space and equipment available.
In good weather, training sessions can take place outdoors, using bodyweight exercises, mobility tools, and the natural environment as part of the workout.
For clients requiring flexibility, I provide live online training sessions and coaching programs, allowing full access to personalized support from any location.
